Consumer Arbitration Application Prompt
A consumer arbitration filing must be short and evidential; this prompt builds the chronology, the demand and the evidence list.

DISPUTE
- Seller / provider: [SELLER]
- Product or service: [PRODUCT]
- Purchase date and amount: [PURCHASE]
- Payment method: [PAYMENT]
- The problem: [PROBLEM]
- Did I contact the seller, and what happened: [CONTACT]
- Documents I hold: [DOCUMENTS]
- What I want: [REMEDY]
OUTPUT
1) SUMMARY — 3 sentences: what I bought, what happened, what I want. Length suitable for the "description" field of the form.
2) CHRONOLOGY — dated bullet list: purchase, delivery, fault, first contact, response, current status. Leave [ ] where a date is unknown.
3) DEMAND — one paragraph, clear: refund / replacement / repair / price reduction / compensation. If several, order them ("primarily ..., failing that ...").
4) EVIDENCE LIST — numbered, with why each document matters. Mark missing ones as "to be obtained".
5) JURISDICTION CHECK — compare the claim with the monetary threshold I give ([THRESHOLD]). If it exceeds it, state the alternative route in one sentence.
6) TIME LIMIT WARNING — the limitation period and when it starts, in general terms (no exact day counts).
7) FILING NOTE — which channel to use and what information must be ready (4 bullets).
RULES
- Plain, formal language. No emotion, no accusations.
- Never invent a date, amount, statute or case number.
- Do not promise an outcome.
- 300-420 words.
Evidence wins these cases, not rhetoric. Attach the invoice, the photos and the service report.
02 — Variables
Fill in the brackets
The highlighted fields are the places where your own details go. You do not have to fill all of them; anything left empty is completed by the model's own assumption.

03 — How to use
How to use it, step by step
- 01
The threshold is updated yearly — check the current figure before filing.
- 02
Include the reference number of your earlier complaint; without it the filing looks premature.
- 03
State one remedy. Multiple demands slow the file down.
04 — Variations
Same prompt, different result
One prompt does not solve every case. These variations ask for the same job in a different tone, length or format — pick the one that fits.
Defective service
Same structure for a service dispute: what was promised, what was delivered, the gap, and a proportional price reduction.
Distance sale
Same structure for a distance sale: the cancellation notice, the delivery date, and the seller's refusal reason.
05 — Tips
Notes that take the result up a level
- The chronology is the file. Undated narratives get returned.
- "Refund" and "price reduction" are different remedies; choose one.
06 — FAQ
Frequently asked about Official Letters
Is there a fee?
Filing is usually free through the official portal. Expert examination may cost money, which is why evidence quality matters.
How long does it take?
Months, depending on caseload. An incomplete file restarts the clock, so attach everything at once.
