    Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in to your Netflix account. This address takes you straight to the plan cancellation screen.

  2. STEP 02

    Click 'Cancel'

    The page shows your current plan and next billing date. Confirm the 'Cancel' option.

    Netflix may show a retention offer (e.g. 3 months half price). If you've decided, choose 'Finish cancellation'.

  3. STEP 03

    Confirm the cancellation

    After confirming, your membership ends automatically on the last day of the period you already paid for.

  4. STEP 04

    Check the confirmation email

    Netflix emails the cancellation confirmation, including your billing date and final access day.
