    Open the subscription page and sign in

    Go to spotify.com/account/subscription and log in to your account.

  2. STEP 02

    Find 'Change your plan'

    Scroll to your current plan and click the 'Cancel plan' link.

    Skip the survey and confirm

    Spotify may ask why you're leaving. Continue to finish; the confirmation shows when Premium ends.

  4. STEP 04

    Verify the downgrade

    Premium runs until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Playlists are preserved.
