    Fast cancel via USSD

    Dial *111# and pick the service number, or use the service's official cancel code (e.g. *111*919#).

  4. STEP 04

    Verify via 0890

    If it stays active, call 0890 and get operator confirmation plus a request number.

  5. STEP 05

    To close the line itself

    Full contract termination (расторжение договора) is only possible in an MTS salon with your passport; ask about the remaining balance refund.
