E16 means no door lock signal: reclose the door, make sure laundry is clear of the gasket and press on the lock. E29, E30 and the E31 family: low inlet and heating codes
E29/E30 are flow sensor or low inlet pressure codes; evening pressure drops in apartment buildings can trigger them temporarily. E31+ codes (E31-E37) point to the heater or temperature sensor circuit; the user step is a power cycle. Persistent heater codes get the resistance measured in service.

E43 appears when the motor draws overcurrent, E57 on power module communication errors. On both, unplug for 10-15 minutes to reset the board; temporary overload cases clear. If the drum resists turning by hand, bearing or motor mechanics may regenerate E43. Do not disassemble or touch high-voltage areas; Bosch authorized service verifies the board with test equipment.

Codes like E60 and E67 belong to the software/board family; there is no user repair at this level. Do a power cycle; if the code returns, call service with the E-Nr.
