1. Allgemeines

These Terms of Use ("Terms"), CopyPromt by ("CopyPromt", "Site" or "Seller") https://copypromt.com governs the use of the website at {d}, digital products (HTML/CSS themes, PHP software, packages, and other digital content), and related services ("Services"). These terms are binding for every natural and legal person ("User", "Customer", or "Buyer") who visits, registers, places an order, or purchases a product from the site.

The user is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms upon accessing the Site or using the Service. • Order Code: It is the tracking number generated with the order, used to track the order.
• Parteien: The Seller and User/Customer are referred to collectively.

3. Umfang der Dienstleistung

CopyPromt is a digital design studio that produces and directly sells hand-coded, dependency-free HTML/CSS themes and PHP software. Only Products we produce are sold on the site; no third-party mediation is provided. All Products can be tested with a live Preview before purchase; the source code is locked in the Preview, and the full content of the Product is delivered only with the License Key. The site does not function as a marketplace between Users; all sales are established between the Seller and the Customer.

4. Konto und Mitgliedschaft

Die Mitgliedschaft ist kostenlos und nicht verpflichtend; aber wenn Sie ein Konto erstellen, werden alle Ihre Bestellungen, Lizenzschlüssel und Downloads in einem einzigen Dashboard zusammengefasst. Für die Mitgliedschaft ist ein Passwort von mindestens 8 Zeichen und eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse erforderlich.

• Accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is mandatory for membership; confirmation records (date-time, IP) are stored for legal periods.

5. Produkte und Lizenzen

The Product you purchased Single Project Standard License is delivered. You can use the product files in a single final project (your personal website, portfolio, your company's website, etc.), permanently you can use, modify, and customize according to your project.

Items outside the license scope:

• The product or its derivatives Resell, distribute, share, gift, publish, or offer as open-source is prohibited.
• The product or large parts of it selling within another template/theme/software is prohibited.
• For use in a second project with a single license, client work, and uses requiring resale by contacting us you must purchase the appropriate license.
• The images/icons/graphics within the Product can only be used with the Product; you cannot use or distribute them separately from the Product.
• Your License Key is personal; sharing or publishing it in public forums is prohibited. The key holder is responsible for damages arising from unauthorized use of the key.

Each License includes 10 download rights and provides lifetime updates. If your download rights are exhausted, they are renewed free of charge (for requests not showing misuse). The Seller may update the Product's content, price, package, and availability without prior notice; updates are not required to replace previous versions retroactively.

6. Unzulässige Verwendungen

The following behaviors are prohibited when using the site and Products:

• Interfering with our site, servers, or infrastructure; sending excessive requests with automated tools (bot, scraper, brute-force); or conducting DDoS/similar attacks.
• Attempting to bypass the Protected Preview system, or to copy, download, or extract source code during the preview stage (including circumventing right-click/devtools blocks).
• Possessing, sharing, or distributing unlicensed copies of Products on torrent/warez sites.
• Opening fake orders, using fraudulent payment methods, requesting double chargebacks, or abusing payment systems.
• Using the Products in content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, contains hate speech, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Using the site's name/brand without permission to deceive others or mimic the site.

Prohibited uses; may result in order cancellation, license invalidation, account closure, and the invocation of legal rights (including compensation).

7. Geistiges Eigentum

The Site, Products, and all their components (code, design, text, logo, visuals, brand) belong to the Seller and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property, and all relevant legislation. Purchase grants you only the license defined in Article 5; The product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights. Payment confirmation depends on bank records and usually takes 1-2 hours (longer outside business hours). Prices may change without prior notice; changes do not affect Customers who have already created and paid for an order. If incorrect pricing (e.g., significantly below market value) is detected, the Seller may cancel the order and refund the payment. Creating an order is free; obligation arises only upon payment and delivery.

9. Lieferung

Products digitally is delivered: When payment is confirmed, your License Key appears on your order page and you can download the package immediately. There is no physical shipping, no delivery address is needed; delivery is in the digital environment. Delivery is considered complete at the moment payment is confirmed. 10. Widerrufsrecht (Rückgaberecht)

11. Garantieausschluss

Products and the Site are provided "as-is". Within legal limits, the Seller does not guarantee that the Products will be suitable for the Customer's specific purposes, will work without interruption or error, or will be 100% compatible with third-party software. The functionality of the Products may depend on the browser, server, plugins, and configuration used. No verbal or written advice falls under the scope of Article 11. However, if you find a defective condition in the Product (clear functional impairment, missing file) and notify us within a reasonable time after purchase, the Seller will provide correction, renewal, and support. 12. Haftungsbegrenzung

15. Anwendbares Recht und Streitbeilegung

In disputes involving consumers, claims within the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Boards are referred to the relevant Board; claims exceeding this jurisdiction are submitted to Consumer Courts.
