STEP 01
Text 'KALAN' to 7780
In your messaging app set 7780 as the recipient, type KALAN and send. The reply lists remaining data, minutes and texts on separate lines. The same number serves postpaid and prepaid lines.
STEP 02
Query via the *123# menu
Dial *123# and press call. In the menu choose 'Inquiry' > 'Package Inquiry'. The menu also shows your minutes and TL balance on the same screen.
STEP 03
Use the My Vodafone app
Open My Vodafone. The home usage card shows remaining data in GB and as a percentage; 'Details' opens a day-by-day usage graph. Sign in with the one-time code sent to your line.
The 'allowance running low' alert is on by default. If you disabled it, re-enable under Settings > Notifications.
STEP 04
Customer service fallback
If SMS fails, call 542 and pick package inquiry in the voice menu. As the line owner you can also request a detailed usage report after identity verification.
STEP 05
Buy an add-on when allowances end
When data runs out, speed is reduced or TL-based usage starts. Buy daily/weekly add-ons from 'Add-on Packages' in My Vodafone; new allowances apply instantly.
Dicas
- On postpaid lines allowances persist until the cycle ends: use the app graph to see your daily pattern and size your package accordingly.
- Do not query by SMS while roaming abroad — it may be billed; the app works free over Wi-Fi.
- Using a second line on the same account? Switch lines inside the app to see both allowances.
