Open meuvivo.vivo.com.br or the Meu Vivo app and sign in with your CPF. Open the 'Atendimento' (Support) section in the bottom menu.

Start the Cancelamento request
Tap 'Cancelar meu plano'; the system shows your fidelidade (commitment) status and remaining amount. Pick a reason and confirm — a protocol number appears on screen and via SMS.
STEP 03
Or close it by phone
Call 1058 (free from Vivo lines) and say 'quero cancelar meu plano'. The agent verifies your identity (CPF, birth date, address); decline retention offers and take the protocol number.

Settle fidelidade and device balance
If the fidelidade period is not over, remaining months × the discount plus any device installments are billed. See the amount under Meu Vivo > Fatura and pay the final bill.

To keep the number, start a portabilidade request with the new operator; under ANATEL rules the Vivo line closes automatically when the port completes, with no penalty.
