STEP 01
Open Premium from the profile
Open the Trendyol app; in the Profile tab tap the 'Trendyol Premium' card. It shows membership status, renewal date and payment method.

Cancel the membership
Tap the 'Cancel membership' link at the bottom of the Premium page and confirm. Trendyol shows a confirmation that benefits continue until the period ends and renewal stops.
STEP 03
Check App Store / Google Play billing
If you took Premium from the phone store, cancel there: iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Trendyol Premium > Cancel; Android Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Trendyol Premium > Cancel.

Verify the cancellation
After cancelling, the Premium page should say your membership ends on a specific date; an SMS/email confirmation arrives too. If it does not, the cancellation may not have completed — try again.
STEP 05
Use remaining benefits
Free shipping, special discounts and birthday perks stay valid until the period ends. Plan your purchases around the renewal date accordingly.
