On tim.it open 'Gestione linee' and select the line to close.
STEP 02
Start the cessazione request
Launch the 'Cessazione/Disdetta' flow; the system checks contract constraints (vincoli) and shows the fee.
STEP 03
Call 187 for mobile lines
Mobile lines can request cessazione directly by phone; save the request code.
STEP 04
Send the form for fiber
Fill the official disdetta form and send via PEC or registered post; if under constraint, remaining months are billed.
STEP 05
Handle the modem return
A return shipment is created for TIM-owned modems; not returning within 30 days triggers a charge.
