STEP 01
Open the account page
Go to secure.hulu.com/account (there is no cancel button in the mobile app — use a browser). The 'Subscription' section shows your plan and next billing date.
STEP 02
Start the Cancel flow
Click 'Cancel Your Subscription'. Hulu first shows pause (up to 12 weeks) and discounted offers; choose 'Continue to Cancel'.
STEP 03
Confirm the cancellation
Finish the survey and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. A confirmation email arrives; the screen states access runs until the end of the billing period. Save this screen.
STEP 04
Check third-party billing
If the bill says 'Billed by: Apple/Roku/Amazon/Spotify', cancel there instead: iPhone App Store > Subscriptions, Roku account > Manage subscriptions, or Amazon Prime Video Channels.
STEP 05
Delete the account (optional)
To fully delete after cancelling, email privacy@hulu.com with subject 'account deletion request'. In the US the permanent deletion completes within 45 days.
