STEP 02
Go to アカウント → 解約
Open '解約' under 'ご契約内容の確認・変更' in the account menu.
STEP 03
Pick a cancellation reason
The survey screen is mandatory but has no effect on the process.
STEP 04
Confirm with 解約する
Check the billing cutoff date (月末) on the confirmation screen and press '解約する'; a confirmation email arrives.
STEP 05
Verify the payment
Check your docomo bill or carrier billing for no further charges after the cutoff.
