    Call 3179 (free) or view it in your Subscriber Area; you need it for cancellation or porting.

  2. STEP 02

    Log in to the Subscriber Area

    Go to mobile.free.fr/moncompte — the 'Résilier' option lives here.

  3. STEP 03

    Add your reason and evidence

    For lawful early exit (moving abroad etc.) attach supporting documents; free exit rights depend on them.

  4. STEP 04

    Send written notice for Freebox

    Freebox contracts require a letter sent by registered post (LRAR); keep the tracking receipt.

  5. STEP 05

    Return the equipment

    Return the Freebox and accessories within 15 days or a fee is charged; print the return label from your account.
