STEP 01
Log in to Mi Movistar
Open the Mi Movistar app or the website and sign in. Confirm with the code sent to your phone.
STEP 02
Go to the Bajas section
Find 'Bajas' under 'Gestión'. Select the line or product you want to cancel.
STEP 03
Pick a cancellation reason
Choose 'Otros' for the fastest flow. If you are under contract, the fee is shown on screen.
STEP 04
Confirm and save the reference
You receive a cancellation reference number. The cut-off is usually scheduled at the end of your billing cycle.
STEP 05
Verify the final bill
Check that the next bill reflects the cancellation and cancel your direct debit mandate at the bank if applicable.
