Select 'Manage' on the Premium row to see your plan and renewal date.

Click 'Cancel', then confirm. YouTube may ask for a reason — you can skip it.
'Pause' does not cancel; it holds the membership for 1–6 months and resumes billing. Choose 'Cancel' for a permanent stop.

Check store billing
If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, manage the cancellation in that store's Subscriptions screen.
