STEP 01
Sign in to MeinVodafone
Open the app or vodafone.de and go to 'Mein Vertrag & Tarif'.
STEP 02
Check dates under Vertragsdaten
Look at Mindestlaufzeit and Kündigungsfrist. If your term has not ended, an early-termination fee applies.
STEP 03
Fill in the Kündigung form
Download the official PDF, add customer number, line number and desired cut-off date, then sign.
STEP 04
Submit and keep proof
Upload it in MeinVodafone or send by post/fax. Keep the confirmation document.
STEP 05
Check the final bill and SEPA mandate
If the last bill overcharges, request a refund and cancel the SEPA direct debit at your bank.
