STEP 01
Sign in to TrueID App
Open TrueID App and sign in with your True number. Switch to the 'แพ็กเกจ' (Package) section in the bottom menu.
STEP 02
Cancel the active package
Open the active package details and tap 'ยกเลิก' (Cancel). Confirm on the next screen; auto-renewal stops immediately.
STEP 03
Quick route via USSD
Dial *9000 and call; choose package management in the menu and confirm the cancellation step. The confirmation SMS is in Thai — look for 'ยกเลิกสำเร็จ' (cancelled successfully).
STEP 04
Close the number completely
Call 1240 (True customer service) and say 'ต้องการยกเลิกเบอร์', or visit a True Shop with your passport/ID. On postpaid the remaining period bill is processed; take the request reference in writing.
STEP 05
If you want to port the number
Start a port-in request with the new operator; when the Thai MNP completes the True line closes automatically — no separate cancellation needed.
