Sign in at sky.com and open My Sky > Bills & Payments > Contract details. If the minimum term is not over an early cancellation fee applies; the remaining amount is shown there.

Go to sky.com/help, choose 'Message Sky' and type 'I want to cancel my subscription'. The bot transfers you to the cancellation team; keep the chat transcript.

Start the 31-day notice period
When the agent confirms your request the 31-day notice period begins. The service keeps working during this time; the cancellation date is stated in the confirmation email.

Return equipment within 60 days
Sky emails a prepaid return label for Sky Q mini boxes, the router and remotes. Pack and drop them at the Post Office; keep the receipt for at least 12 months.

Verify the final bill
