STEP 01
Open the account page
Go to disneyplus.com/account and sign in. This page is the hub for subscription, payment and profile settings.
STEP 02
Cancel under Subscription
Under 'Subscription' you'll see your plan and renewal date. Click 'Cancel Subscription' and finish the confirmation screen.
Disney+ may show a discounted retention offer. If you've decided, skip it and complete the cancellation.
STEP 03
Keep watching until the period ends
Cancelling doesn't end access immediately; content stays available until the last day of the paid period, shown on your account page.
