Step-by-step fix

  1. Sign in to Espace Client

    Log in at sfr.fr and open 'Offre et options'. Your plan, engagement status and early-termination amount are displayed there.

  2. Start the Résiliation request

    Click 'Résilier mon offre' under your plan. The system lists cancellation reasons and the estimated end date. Pick a reason and confirm; a request number arrives on screen and by email.

  3. Official web form alternative

    On https://www.sfr.fr/reclamation choose 'Résiliation', fill the form with your number and identifiant. A confirmation SMS arrives within 48 hours.

  4. Registered letter (if required)

    Some legacy contracts require a lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Template address: SFR Résiliations, TSA 30103, 69947 Lyon Cedex 20. Include your number, identifiant and requested end date.

  5. Return the Box and equipment

    After confirmation SFR sends a prepaid return label. La Box must be shipped within 30 days of the return request, otherwise equipment fees are billed.

No — since 2020 SFR must accept its online cancellation channel; the form on the reclamation page is legally valid. Registered letters are only needed if the online channel fails.

03Does porting my number cancel SFR automatically?
Yes. When you request portabilité with a new operator using your RIO code, the SFR line closes on the porting date and cancellation runs automatically.
