  3. Call 187 for mobile lines

    Mobile lines can request cessazione directly by phone; save the request code.

  4. Send the form for fiber

    Fill the official disdetta form and send via PEC or registered post; if under constraint, remaining months are billed.

  5. Handle the modem return

    A return shipment is created for TIM-owned modems; not returning within 30 days triggers a charge.
