Step-by-step fix

  1. Check contract status in Play24

    Open the Play24 app or panel.play.pl and go to 'Moje konto' > 'Umowa'. Check the contract type (okres zobowiązania) and the commitment end date.

  2. Start the wypowiedzenie request

    In Play24 > Bok (help) > Chat type 'chcę wypowiedzieć umowę' or call 790 999 000. The agent verifies your PESEL/address and registers the request.

  3. Send the signed termination form

    Play may require a signed wypowiedzenie form for some contracts; deliver it to a salon or send by registered mail (list polecony) to the official address. Keep the sending receipt.

  4. Track the 1-month notice period

    The line closes at the end of the full month after the request. Billing continues normally during this period; confirm the close date from the confirmation SMS.

  5. Return the router and pay the final bill

    Return the Play router/modem to the nearest Play salon or book a courier pickup. Pay the remaining amount on the final bill and cancel your direct debit at the bank.
