STEP 01
Text 'KALAN' to 3997
Set 3997 as the recipient in your messaging app, type KALAN and send. The reply lists your remaining data, minutes and texts. This is the standard channel especially on TT Mobil prepaid lines.
STEP 02
Use the USSD menu
Dial the inquiry menu for your line from the phone app (on prepaid, *135# opens the balance and package menu). Choose 'Package Inquiry' from the options; your remaining allowances arrive in one reply.
STEP 03
Check the TT Mobil / Online İşlemler app
Open the TT Mobil app (prepaid) or Türk Telekom Online İşlemler (postpaid) and sign in with your number. The usage page shows remaining data in GB with a percentage bar, plus the renewal date and billing day.
On postpaid, the 'e-Fatura' panel breaks usage down day by day for the cycle; the package renewal date is shown there too.
STEP 04
Verify with the call center
Call 444 1 999 and choose 'Tariff and Package Inquiry' in the voice menu. After owner verification your allowances are read out — the reliable fallback when SMS fails.
STEP 05
Act before the package runs out
The operator sends a warning SMS when data drops below 20%. At that point buy an add-on in the app or enable auto-renewal to avoid TL-based metering at the end of the month.
