STEP 01
Sign in to Espace Client
Log in at sfr.fr and open 'Offre et options'. Your plan, engagement status and early-termination amount are displayed there.
STEP 02
Start the Résiliation request
Click 'Résilier mon offre' under your plan. The system lists cancellation reasons and the estimated end date. Pick a reason and confirm; a request number arrives on screen and by email.
STEP 03
Official web form alternative
On https://www.sfr.fr/reclamation choose 'Résiliation', fill the form with your number and identifiant. A confirmation SMS arrives within 48 hours.
STEP 04
Registered letter (if required)
Some legacy contracts require a lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Template address: SFR Résiliations, TSA 30103, 69947 Lyon Cedex 20. Include your number, identifiant and requested end date.
STEP 05
Return the Box and equipment
After confirmation SFR sends a prepaid return label. La Box must be shipped within 30 days of the return request, otherwise equipment fees are billed.
