Cancel an automatic payment instruction from your bank's online banking under Payments > Automatic Payment Instructions. Cancelling stops future charges, but you must also cancel the subscription with the merchant — otherwise the debt keeps accruing.

STEP 01
Open your bank's online banking
In mobile or web banking, open the 'Payments' menu and find 'Automatic Payment Instructions' / 'My Instructions'.
STEP 02
Select the instruction
Instructions are listed by biller and subscription number. Find the one you want to stop.
STEP 03
Confirm cancellation
Tap 'Cancel instruction' and complete SMS verification if asked. No further charges are made for the next period.
Cancelling the instruction doesn't erase your debt to the merchant.
STEP 04
Cancel the subscription with the merchant
To stop the service itself (e.g. Netflix, gym), cancel on the merchant's own screen. The bank instruction only closes the payment channel.
STEP 05
Save the confirmation
Keep the cancellation SMS or email as proof for future disputes.
