Open mi.vodafone.es or the Mi Vodafone app. Open 'Ayuda'; your tariff, permanencia status and remaining amount are shown there.

Start the baja request
Tap 'Tramitar mi baja'. The system lists reasons and the suggested end date. Pick a reason and verify your identity (DNI/NIE). A request number arrives by SMS.
STEP 03
Phone alternative
Dial 22123 from a Vodafone line or 607 12 30 00 from any line. Say 'quiero tramitar la baja'. Decline retention offers and ask for the request number.
STEP 04
Permanencia and final bill
If the permanencia is not over, remaining months × the monthly discount are billed. The final bill is prorated by day; check it under 'Facturas'.

Return the router (fiber)
For fiber cancellations the modem must be shipped back within 30 days using the prepaid label sent by email; otherwise equipment fees apply.
