STEP 01
Sign in to Espace Client
Go to espace-client.orange.fr and sign in. Open the Contrats section in the left menu and select the line you want to close.
STEP 02
Cancel the mobile line online
On a mobile contract, find the 'Résilier' button, pick a reason and set the date. You receive a confirmation SMS — keep the reference. If you are still under contract the remaining months are shown on screen.
STEP 03
Send a registered letter for fixed lines
For Livebox/fiber, write a lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception to Orange's résiliation address. Include your customer number, phone number and cancellation date; keep the sending receipt.
STEP 04
Return the box and TV decoder
Within 15-30 days after cancellation, drop the Livebox, TV decoder and cables at an Orange boutique or mail them with the return label Orange sends. Unreturned equipment is charged 150-300 €.
STEP 05
Check the final bill and portability
Usage is prorated to the cancellation day. If you are porting your number, the new operator's request closes the line automatically — do not send a separate résiliation (double fees are possible).
