Remove a saved card in Trendyol by opening trendyol.com/hesabim, going to 'Kayıtlı Kartlarım' (Saved Cards) and tapping delete next to the card. In the app, the path is My Account > Saved Cards. The change takes effect immediately.

STEP 01
Sign in to your account
Open trendyol.com/hesabim or the 'My Account' tab in the mobile app.
STEP 02
Open 'Saved Cards'
In the left menu on web, or the 'Saved Cards' row in the app. All saved cards appear masked.
STEP 03
Tap delete on the card
Click the trash/delete icon on the card's row and confirm. The card disappears immediately.
If you have multiple cards, each must be deleted separately — there's no bulk delete.
STEP 04
Untick 'save my card' at checkout
To avoid the card being saved again, leave the 'Save my card' checkbox unticked on the payment step.

Card data is stored by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Deleting a card has no side effects — you just re-enter details on future purchases.
Does deleting a card affect past orders?
No. Delivered orders and completed returns are unaffected; refunds already issued to a deleted card follow the platform's alternative refund rules.
The delete option doesn't show in the app — why?
Update the app or use the web version at trendyol.com/hesabim where the option is always present.
