STEP 01
Turn off VPN and proxies
Disable active VPN, proxy or 'hide IP' apps. Roblox kicks region-masked connections at server level. Switching to mobile data on phones quickly confirms whether the issue is IP-related.

Change DNS
Set DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) in network settings; changing it in the router covers all devices. Bad DNS can break the server handshake and cause 267.
STEP 03
Clear the Roblox cache
On Windows press Win+R, go to %temp%\Roblox and empty it. Then uninstall Roblox, delete %localappdata%\Roblox and reinstall from roblox.com. On mobile use App info > Storage > Clear data.

Join a different server
From the game's Servers tab, join another server. 267 sometimes comes from a server-wide action; a fresh, less populated server gets past it.
